Dead To Me Netflix Season 2 Poster (Source: Netflix)

Netflix released a poster featuring the deadly duo of Jen Harding (played by Christina Applegate) and Judy Hale (played by Linda Cardellini) fully immersed at the bottom of a pool, holding wine glasses with blood flowing out.

Compared to last season poster, where both lead were half immersed in the pool, this second season poster looks more menacing and super intriguing, especially with the new tagline.

The first season poster of “Dead to me” reads “Misery just found company” and we have seen how that’s turns out and now the second season tagline reads “Friends you will kill for”, so obviously the fatal womance of Judy and Jen is going to bring chaos.

Netflix also released a teaser trailer for Dead to me season 2 on its official YouTube channel “Netflix”, which since then has been watched over 200,000 times. The official description of season 2 says:

“Jen and Judy are not okay. Not even a little. With their lives spinning out of control, they’re clinging to each other — and their secrets.”

The trailer is very well put out, not giving out any major plot details but maintaining its weird quirkiness. Jen is heard saying “no one can ever know, what happened” and that’s all we got to know about the 2nd season of this surprise Netflix hit show.

The Dead to me cast is led by “Christina Applegate”, who received a Primetime Emmy Awards & a Golden Globe Awards nomination in the “Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy” category for her role of “Jen Harding”. So she is definitely starring in lead role of a hot-headed widow in season 2.

Linda Cardellini, is the other lead actress who will reprise her role of “Judy Hale”, an eccentric optimist who befriended Jen and was revealed to be the hit-and-run driver who killed her husband.

Actor “James Marsden”, who played Judy’s ex named “Steve wood” is also roped in for the second season. Although Jen shot Steve at the series finale of season 1, it is believed that his involvement as the money launderer for the Greeks may actually be a huge plot arc in the second season.

Actress “Natalie Morales”, who was previously seen in shows like White Collar, Parks and Recreation, 90210, The Grinder, Trophy wife & Abby’s will play a crucial recurring role of “Michelle” in Dead to me season 2.

Other key roles will be played by:
