Her father “Awani Kant Deo” is a painter and her mother “Ratnabali Kant” was also a renowned sculptor and painter. Her Mother was in fact the pioneer of Installation Performance Art in India.
She did her early schooling from “Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School”, Humayun Road, New Delhi and her graduation in “B.A. English Literature” from “Lady Shri Ram College for Women”, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
Coming from a family of artists, she was actively involved in many of her mother’s project since she was 5-6 years old. She has been trained in many classical Indian dance forms. She has been trained in “Odissi” for 14 years under ‘Padmashree’ winner Guru “Madhavi Mudgal”; in Kathak (Pt. Birju Maharaj style), Bharatnatyam and learnt choreography Uday Shankar style, under ‘Padmabhushan’ winner “Narendra Sharma”.
During her school days, she get to perform at the president’s residence (Rashtrapati Bhawan) and was praised by then president “Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam”, who told her “You’ll go a long way in life but always remember waking up early morning is the key to success”.
Apart from being highly experienced in classical dance, she is trained in western classical ballet from “Danceworx”, New Delhi.
In 2013, priyamvada along with her college friend and choreographer “Eshna chopra” co-founded a dance academy named ‘Dancamaze’ at Andheri Raheja Classique.

After her graduation, she moved to Mumbai to pursue career in television and film industry, while her parents still lives in Delhi.
Priyamvada made her television debut in 2009 with Sony channel soap opera titled “Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai”, where she played the role of “Kanchan”. The show was taken off air in just 4 months due to low television ratings.
In 2010, she played the role of “Pragya Kulkarni” on Colors channel television series titled “Thoda Hai Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai”.
She also made a cameo appearance as a simple and traditional Gujarati girl on Zee TV’s popular drama series titled “Preet Se Bandhi Ye Dori Ram Milaayi Jodi”. Actress “Priyal Gor” played the main female protagonist in the serial.

Priyamvada considered it to be one of her most challenging roles.
Priyamvada was next seen in the role of “Aditi” in Season 03 – Episode 11 of Zing Channel’s show “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya” aired on January 30, 2015.
