She debuted in media industry through TV ads and the most popular commercial ad performed by surleen was for KitKat. Surleen has worked in the punjabi series – 2016 Sleepless Nights which was a huge hit and became the turning point for her acting career. She also worked in kapil sharma show on his show in the same year 2016. In 2018 she starred in the web series produced by Vikram Bhatt- Memories.
